- An due diligence audit of a specific key issue.
When a full due diligence audit report is not required a due diligence key issue audit is recommended. The key issue audit is also a favourable solution when several sites should be assessed, scanned, during a short time.
Scope of service:
The service starts with announcing the auditee about the date, programme and documents requested for the audit visit. The audit will often comprise opening meeting with management representative, document review, on-site inspection and interview, and follow-up on queries identified by the auditor (or in special cases in terms of an audit team). If accepted by the client and if considered relevant competent authorities should be consulted for crosschecking information and statements given by the auditee. The key findings are then reported in a form, which provide the client with adequate decision support documentation.
