Description:
The desktop study is recommended to the client when the subject facility is quoted on the stock exchange and/or due to the early stages of a possible transaction confidentiality is necessary.
Scope of service:
Various documentary materials are submitted to Grontmij | Carl Bro for review. The study does not include a visit to the site, but only an assessment based on review of documents made available to Grontmij | Carl Bro. The purpose of the review is often to identify any major non-compliance issues as a part of a compliance audit or subject for a full Phase 1 audit (see below) or alternatively specific investigations, eg of contaminated soil or similar.
