	All the information you can provide about the site(s) will be audited by one of our due diligence experts during the Data Room Review in a fast and structured way to ensure that all available and relevant information has been included in the due diligence assessment. Description: A data room review is recommended to the client when the subject facility is quoted on the stock exchange and due to early stage of a possible transaction, confidentiality is necessary. This type of service may also be recommended when the subject facility consists of several sites at different locations, the data room set-up is often chosen for carrying out a Pre-audit for all sites at one time. Usually, some of the sites may be selected for a more thorough assessment in terms of a Phase 1 audit (DD Key Issue Audit or a full DD Audit). Scope of service: Review of data revealed and available in a data room, and following reporting of the assessed data. One or two auditors attached, depending on time available or complexity.
