Description:
This service is recommended for clients who are considering emitting one or more of the facilities/activities within the corporate and wishes a full impartial documentation of the performance and liabilities associated prior to, or as part of announcing that the facilities/activities are subject for divestment. The product of this service is decision support documentation in terms of report prepared according to Grontmij | Carl Bro’s Due Diligence pre-audit or Phase 1 audit depending on the Client preference.
Scope of service:
The service starts with announcing the auditee(s) about the date, programme and documents requested for the audit visit. The audit will often comprise opening meeting with management representative(s), document review, onsite inspection and interviews, and follow-up on any queries identified by the auditor/audit team. The key findings are the reported in a form, which provide the client with adequate decision support documentation.
If specific issues are of concern to the client, we might recommend the client to have audits carried out as an Due Diligence Key Issue Audit.
