Often the due diligence assessments are combined packages, such as:
- Environmental Site Assessments according to ASTM standard combined with occupational health and safety assesment, building due diligence, assessment of specific parts of the process and/or IT due diligence.
- Compliance audits according to local legislation, EU directives such as Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control (EU directive 96/61/EC) regarding Best Available Technology (IPPC BAT) or other international guidelines.
- Social and Environmental Assessment for determining, assessing and managing social & environmental risk in project financing in compliance with the Equator Principles.
- Environmental Review according to OECD recommendations
- Environmental and Social Due Diligence in compliance with World Bank Group Guidelines.
